About the CARAD Pantry
CARAD provides many essential services to asylum seekers that have no where else to turn. One of the most essential is our pantry. Our wonderful volunteers do an amazing job in putting together high quality fresh food, pantry and hygiene items for our clients.
All our food and hygiene items are donated by our partner schools and from kind individuals in the community.
We are thankful for the support of our fresh food partner SecondBite that supplies all of our fresh produce that is carefully sorted and prepared by our volunteer team.
If you would like to be on our CARAD Pantry donor list or to join as a partner school please email pantry@carad.org.au.
Keep an eye on our socials for priority items.

Each week, CARAD receives donated food free of charge from SecondBite, one of Australia’s largest food rescue organisations. SecondBite provide fresh food and vegetables to our foodbank, which are then sorted and packed by our volunteers, to be distributed directly to our asylum seeking clients.
The food provided makes a real difference to the lives of our CARAD families, and ensures that they have healthy, nutritious meals each week. Thank you to SecondBite for your generosity and support!
